The flow cytometric analysis of T cells isolated from the tumor tissues revealed that the combination of B. longum 420, anti-PD-1 and anti-CTLA-4 antibodies showed the highest numbers of tumor-infiltrating CD8+ and CD107a+CD8+T cells (p = 0.271, and 0.304, respectively), while the anti-PD-1 and anti-CTLA-4 antibodies alone group showed the highest number of CD4+ T cells among all the treatment groups (p = 0.285, Fig. 4b). The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is neoplasm.
