CD19 and acute myeloid leukemia: These included patients with B NHL who had completed anti-CD20 therapy (n = 13; 59%), allogeneic HCT recipients (n = 3; 14%), CD19-directed CAR T cell recipients in whom B cells had reappeared (n = 4; 18%; in n = 2 only temporarily), 1 patient with CLL on ibrutinib (5%), and 1 AML patient who received high-dose remission-induction chemotherapy at the time of the first vaccination (5%; Supplementary Table S4).
