In this study, we found that immune‐response–related genes (IL2RG, OSM, EVI2B TNFRSF1A, CXCR4, STAT5A) showed a significant positive correlation with Aβ and Tau (r = 0.170–0.415, p < 0.05; Figure 4C–I), suggesting that their increase may activate the immune response to exacerbate AD pathology. This evidence concerns the gene EVI2B and Alzheimer disease.
