Flow cytometry detected the CD3+CD4+ T cells and CD3+CD8+ T cells, results indicated that Abrine co-treated with anti-PD-1 antibody increased the CD3+CD8+ T cells obviously than Abrine or anti-PD-1 antibody-treated groups, which means that the infiltration of CD8+T cells was increased in tumor cells and promotes immune responses (Figures 7A, B).
