GPT and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease: According to the univariate analysis, patients with NAFLD had higher BMI, waist circumference, and DBP, higher levels of ALT, AST, ALT/AST ratio, GGT, TC, TG, FBG, HbA1c, FINS, FCP, and HOMA-IR, but significantly lower HDL levels, in comparison with patients without NAFLD in training cohort (P< 0.05).
