Genes, which are related to the autosomal dominant inheritance of PD are PARK1 (SNCA), PARK4, PARK5, PARK8 (LRRK2), PARK13, and UCHL1, whereas PARK2 (PRKN), PARK6 (PINK1), PARK7, PARK9 (ATP13A2), or DJ-1 are inherited autosomally recessively [82, 83].
