USP8 and renal carcinoma: To clarify the role of piR-1742 in the malignant progression of renal cancer, we performed RNA sequencing analysis on A498 and ACHN cell lines after treatment with the piR-1742 inhibitor (Fig. 4a), and we found that the mRNA level of USP8 was significantly decreased (Fig. 4b, Supplementary Fig. 4a–d).
