CD19 and neoplasm: According to the biological function, tumor antigens developed and evaluated for TCR-T therapy in the clinical trials are tissue differentiation antigens (MART-1, gp100, CEA and WT1), cancer germline antigens (MAGE-A and NY-ESO-1), viral antigens (HPV, HBV, Merkel cell polyomavirus (MCPyV), and EBV), mutation-associated neoantigens (p53, KRASG12V, and KRASG12D) as well as TAAs (mesothelin and CD19) (Table 5).
