To further screen key genes among hub m6A-regulators, we used the SVM-RFE machine learning algorithm to analyze m6A regulators in clusters 2 and 3 and healthy individuals and patients with respiratory allergies and screened the signature genes in both comparisons (Fig. 10a and b), where METTL14 and METTL16 were the signature genes for clusters 2 and 3, and METTL3, YTHDF1, METTL14, YTHDC1, RBM15, and YTHDF3 were the signature genes for the healthy individuals and patients with respiratory allergies. Here, YTHDC1 is linked to allergic respiratory disease.
