METTL14 and allergic respiratory disease: To further screen key genes among hub m6A-regulators, we used the SVM-RFE machine learning algorithm to analyze m6A regulators in clusters 2 and 3 and healthy individuals and patients with respiratory allergies and screened the signature genes in both comparisons (Fig. 10a and b), where METTL14 and METTL16 were the signature genes for clusters 2 and 3, and METTL3, YTHDF1, METTL14, YTHDC1, RBM15, and YTHDF3 were the signature genes for the healthy individuals and patients with respiratory allergies.
