Given the importance of immune cell infiltration in the overall survival (OS) of glioma patients, we checked the link between TBX15 overexpression and immune cell infiltration and found that Th2 cell, macrophage, aDC, neutrophil, eosinophil, and T cell infiltrations were all positively correlated with high TBX15 expression in gliomas. This evidence concerns the gene TBX15 and central nervous system cancer.
