As shown in Figure 2, the most frequently somatically mutated genes were TP53 (78%), APC (14%), and RHOA (12%), and the most frequent CNVs were ERBB2 amplification (63%), CDK12 amplification (39%), and PGAP3 amplification (39%) in HER2‐positive gastric cancer patients. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and gastric cancer.
