ALYREF is reported to be an important oncogenic factor and is associated with poor prognosis in patients with various types of cancer, including HCC (72, 85, 86), glioblastoma (87, 88), glioma (63), neuroblastoma (89), lung adenocarcinoma (90, 91), HNSCC (92, 93), bladder cancer (32) and breast cancer (94, 95).
