According to clinicaltrials.gov site (as for 12 May 2023), there are in total 60 clinical trials regarding EZH2 inhibition in cancer (active, recruiting or completed), but only two in melanoma: tazemetostat as an adjuvant to the targeted therapy with dabrafenib and trametinib (NCT04557956), and lirametostat (CPI-1205), another EZH2 inhibitor, combined with CTLA-4 inhibitor ipilimumab (NCT03525795). This evidence concerns the gene EZH2 and melanoma.
