KRAS and neoplasm: There were no significant differences between the MSS group (n=165) and the MSI group (n=39) in age, height, weight, gender, drinking history, smoking history, family history of cancer, family history of colorectal cancer, tumor differentiation, distant metastasis, liver metastasis, CEA level, CA-199 level, CA-125 level, KRAS Codon 12/13 mutations, and BRAF V600E mutation, while significant differences in clinical diagnosis (p<0.0001) and anatomical staging (p<0.05) were observed between these two groups (Table 1).
