FJX1 and cancer: we found that FJX1 had a significantly positive correlation with the first six pathways in various cancers, including “ANGIOGENESIS,” “WNT BETA CATENIN SIGNALING,” “NOTCH SIGNALING,” “EPITHELIAL MESENCHYMAL TRANSITION,” “APICAL JUNCTION,” and “TGF BETA SIGNALING,” which all were closely related to carcinoma and immunity (Supplementary Figure S3).
