Of note, the GZMM23 and IL32 (ref. 24) genes previously implicated in the development of dysplasia, were both significantly increased in IL17A+FOXP3+ DP CD4 T cells compared to either FOXP3+ or IL17A+ SP cells (adjusted P < 0.1; Extended Data Fig. 4e). The gene discussed is IL32; the disease is dysplasia.
