Despite previous publications showing that PUS7 was correlated with glioblastoma [31], colorectal cancer [34] and ovarian cancer [35], a recent study by Fang et al. reported that PUS1 was overexpressed in breast tumors compared with paired normal tissues, and PUS1 expression was positively correlated with triple-negative breast cancer status and tumor grade [16]. This evidence concerns the gene PUS7 and ovarian carcinoma.
