TCHP and neoplasm: CLLD7has been postulated to be a candidate tumor suppressor gene in chronic lymphocytic leukemia and a candidate tumor suppressor gene on chromosome 13q14, which regulates pathways of DNA damage/repair and apoptosis.6, 15A loss of expression of CLLD7 has been observed in several types of cancers, such as cervical cancer, colon cancer, and leukemia suggesting its role as a potential tumor suppressor protein.15
