To unveil the role of HNRNPA2B1 in NSCLC, we utilized the TCGA cohort to investigate the expression of HNRNPA2B1 in NSCLC and found that HNRNPA2B1 was dramatically upregulated in pair-matched (n = 59) and non-paired LAC tissue samples (n = 455) as compared with the adjacent normal tissues (n = 59, Fig. 1A). The gene discussed is HNRNPA2B1; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
