HNRNPA2B1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: In the present study we found that HNRNPA2B1 upregulation was associated with distant metastasis, acting as an independent prognostic factor for poor survival in patients with NSCLC and HNRNPA2B1-mediated m6A modification of lncRNA MEG3 promoted tumorigenesis and metastasis of NSCLC cells by regulating miR-21-5p/PTEN axis, providing a promising therapeutic target for NSCLC.
