Univariate analyses of 131 CCA patients in the training cohort suggested that leukocyte count, neutrophil count, platelet count, serum CA19-9, AFP, CEA, ALP (alkaline phosphatase), GLB (globulin), tumor location, tumor size, tumor number, tumor differentiation, TNM stage, lymph node metastasis, vascular invasion and chemotherapy were significantly related to CSS.
