By isolating tumor-infiltrated EGFP+ leukocytes, we found that in tumors mixed with M-KO macrophages, CD11b+ Gr-1+ MDSCs (approximately 50%) were enriched, especially Ly6G+ G-MDSCs, while the infiltration of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells was lower (Fig. 5D, E, Fig. S3A). Here, CD4 is linked to neoplasm.
