Fibroblasts produced a number of chemokines (CCL13, CCL19, CCL2, CCL8, CXCL1, CXCL12, CXCL2, CXCL3) that linked to receptors expressed by myeloid cells and T cells, suggesting an important role for fibroblasts in recruiting immune cells in psoriasis (Fig. 7e). The gene discussed is CXCL2; the disease is psoriasis.
