CDH2 and Alzheimer disease: Cdh2 (N-cadherin) was significantly decreased in oligodendrocytes of 3xTg-AD mice exposed to alcohol versus WT controls (adjusted p = 6.87e-09; log2 fold change = −1.70; Fig. 3C) as well as of 3xTg-AD mice not exposed to alcohol versus WT controls (adjusted p = 3.35e-07; log2 fold change = −1.60; Fig. 3D) and of 3xTg-AD mice exposed to alcohol versus WT mice exposed to alcohol (adjusted p = 4.54e-05; log2 fold change = −1.40; Fig. 3B).
