In cancer tissues, SRPX2 expression was higher than in normal tissues, especially in CHOL (cholangiocarcinoma), COAD (colon adenocarcinoma), ESCA (esophageal carcinoma), LUAD (lung adenocarcinoma), LUAC (lung adenocarcinoma), GBM (glioblastoma multiforme), READ (rectum adenocarcinoma), STAD (stomach adenocarcinoma), and THCA (thyroid carcinoma) (Fig. 1B). Here, SRPX2 is linked to glioblastoma.
