NFKB1 and inflammatory bowel disease: KEGG analysis results demonstrated that the mechanism of RPD in the treatment of UC and IBS was mainly related to the following pathways indicating multiple targets and multiple pathways: “AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications,” “Inflammatory bowel disease,” “NF-κB signaling pathway,” “MAPK signaling pathway” and “Tp53 signaling pathway.” AGE-RAGE signaling pathway was involved in and mediated various signaling pathways by activating the PI3K-Akt and MAPK as well as the NF-κB signaling pathway, to induce ROS production and lead to inflammatory responses.
