GABPA and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Fig. 1A showed that PRDX5 and Nrf2 in NSCLC cell proteins could combine to form a complex. At the same time, in the tissue protein of NSCLC, we also found that PRDX5 and Nrf2 could form a complex (Fig. 1B). In addition, under the stimulation of H2O2, the binding strength was enhanced with the increase of oxidative stress intensity (Fig. 1C). Besides, we observed that after PRDX5 overexpressed in NSCLC cells, Nrf2 expression also up-regulated (Fig. 1D).
