When UACR ≥30mg/g was used as the criterion for the diagnosis of early DKD, ROC analyzed the diagnostic value of serum Cat-S showed that when the optimal cut-off value for serum Cat-S was 827.42 pg/mL, the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of serum Cat-S were higher than those of serum CysC, suggesting that serum Cat-S has better diagnostic efficacy for the diagnosis of DKD. The gene discussed is PIMREG; the disease is diabetic kidney disease.
