Our findings further suggest that the lncRNAs indicated have a role in the pathogenesis of ALL by regulating pathways including TNF-alpha signaling via NF-κB, hypoxia, mitotic spindle, IL-2 and STAT5 signaling, DNA repair, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition via the ceRNA network. The gene discussed is IL2; the disease is acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
