The results showed that FSH and E2 production decreased and T, AMH, and LH production increased in the PCOS group compared with the normal group (all P < 0.05), while FSH and E2 production increased and T, AMH and LH production decreased in the PCOS + A and PCOS + W groups compared with the PCOS group (all P < 0.05) (Fig. 6E-I).
