Based on the data that the expression levels of S845 and S831 were reduced after ANXA2 knockdown, it was found that PKA‐targeted phosphorylation of GluA1 S845 and PKC‐targeted phosphorylation of GluA1 S831 were more effective than PP1 dephosphorylation in epilepsy. This evidence concerns the gene PRRT2 and epilepsy.
