Thus, among all the KCTDs examined, only two pairs of them seem to be able to discriminate not only between the ALL subtype and the relative healthy counterpart, but also between the two types of acute lymphoblastic leukemia: KCTD12 and KCTD3 for B-ALL, and KCTD1 and KCTD11 for T-ALL. Here, KCTD3 is linked to acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
