We found that 15 CKD-upregulated genes were significantly downregulated by SET7 deficiency (Figure 4C), and the top pathways involved are NABA secreted factors (genes encoding secreted soluble factors, https://www.gsea-msigdb.org/gsea/msigdb/geneset_page.jsp?geneSetName=NABA_SECRETED_FACTORS, accessed on 15 January 2023), growth, embryonic organ development, hemostasis, and regulation of growth (Figure 4D).
