CD8A and neoplasm: Greater infiltration of CD8 T lymphocytes was also observed in flow cytometric evaluation of the orthotopic MOC2-E6E7 mouse tumor model [55] but not in the immunofluorescence staining of our subcutaneous MOC1-HPV tumor models, even though MOC1-HPV K1 tumors presented with higher lymphocyte and neutrophilic granulocyte infiltration on HE-stained paraffin-embedded tumor tissue sections.
