Ligand-receptor analysis revealed that CCL2/CCR2, CXCL10/CXCR3 and CXCL11/CXCR3 were the major interaction modules to mediate the crosstalk between cancer cells and different populations of T cells (Fig. 6c), and enhanced interactions of these ligand-receptor pairs between cancer cells and T cells were observed (Fig. 6d).
