Interestingly, we found that UNC45B-regulated genes in both day 7 and day 30 UNC45B−/−-CMs are involved in (1) factors that promote cardiogenesis in vertebrates and (2) signaling pathways related to cardiac hypertrophy and dilated cardiomyopathy (Figure 4E). This evidence concerns the gene UNC45B and dilated cardiomyopathy.
