Interestingly, we found that UNC45B-regulated genes in both day 7 and day 30 UNC45B−/−-CMs are involved in (1) factors that promote cardiogenesis in vertebrates and (2) signaling pathways related to cardiac hypertrophy and dilated cardiomyopathy (Figure 4E). The gene discussed is UNC45B; the disease is cardiac hypertrophy.
