ANXA9 was strongly expressed in invasive breast carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, liver hepatocellular carcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma, rectum adenocarcinoma, skin cutaneous melanoma, and stomach adenocarcinoma when compared to normal tissues (Figure 1A; p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene ANXA9 and rectum adenocarcinoma.
