The GO functional enrichment analysis of these 119 significantly differentially expressed genes revealed that they were mainly concentrated in cadherin binding, actin binding, peptidase regulator activity, endopeptidase inhibitor activity, etc. (Fig. 5D), and the KEGG signaling pathway enrichment revealed that they were mainly concentrated in fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis, proteoglycans in cancer, transcriptional misregulation in cancer, etc. (Fig. 5F).
