The ROC results showed that the downregulated RPPH1 could discriminate SCAP patients from healthy individuals (AUC = 0.877, sensitivity = 0.804, specificity = 0.815, Fig. 1B) and MCAP patients (AUC = 0.818, sensitivity = 0.716, specificity = 0.804, Fig. 1C) with the cutoff of 0.725 and 0.715, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene RPPH1 and syringocystadenoma papilliferum.
