The MSLR test assessing differences in the coefficients of variation of GM volume between groups showed significant group effects between psychosis controls and FEP (χ2(1) = 9.13, p = 0.0025), and between Con-PD and PDN (χ2(1) = 10.97, p < 0.001), as well as highly significant group effects between Con-PD and PDP (χ2(1) = 15.21, p < 0.0001), indicating a higher variability in all patient groups across all networks (Fig. 4). Here, PDP1 is linked to Parkinson disease.
