APOB and dementia: Higher levels of glucose and the percentage of phospholipids to total lipids in very small VLDL (XS_VLDL_PL_pct) were associated with an increased risk of all-cause dementia, while a wide range of cholesterol, cholesteryl esters, free cholesterol, apolipoprotein B, and lipoprotein subclasses were associated with a decreased risk of all-cause dementia.
