These data were verified by confocal fluorescence microscopy, which revealed higher expression of CD200R, CD11c, CD206, CD163, MARCO, MerTK, CD170, CD68, and CD64 in AML cells and downregulation of CD36 and CD11b (Fig. 6K through P; Fig. S5B and C). This evidence concerns the gene CD163 and acute myeloid leukemia.
