These data were verified by confocal fluorescence microscopy, which revealed higher expression of CD200R, CD11c, CD206, CD163, MARCO, MerTK, CD170, CD68, and CD64 in AML cells and downregulation of CD36 and CD11b (Fig. 6K through P; Fig. S5B and C). The gene discussed is CD68; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
