Compared with skin samples from the control group, the numbers of activated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, immature dendritic cells and B cells, MDSCs, gamma delta T cells, mast cells, Tregs, and Th2 cells were significantly higher in vitiligo lesions, while those of CD56 bright NK cells, monocytes, and NK cells were significantly lower in vitiligo lesions. This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and vitiligo.
