Although FNa had positive staining of the tumor bulk in most of the IUE -RFP tumor areas and there was no difference in the TP rate between FNa and PpIX (66% [38/58] vs 78% [36/46], p=0.1), FNa had significantly higher FN and FP rates compared to PpIX in both IUE -RFP and IUE +RFP groups (both p<0.01, Figures 3B, C). This evidence concerns the gene FN1 and neoplasm.
