Notably, SEMA4D expression was strongly positively correlated with immune cell infiltration in SKCM and moderately positively correlated with immune cell infiltration in HNSC, acute myeloid leukaemia (LAML), LUAD, PAAD, sarcoma (SARC), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), uveal melanoma (UVM), breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), cholangio carcinoma (CHOL), lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBC), LIHC, TGCT, and thymoma (THYM).
