SORBS2 and Alzheimer disease: A study based on deep RNA sequence analysis systematically elucidated the cranial circRNA-associated ceRNA mechanism in an AD model mouse (APP/PS1 mice) and found that the circRNA-associated ceRNA network in this model mouse is mainly involved in dendritic development and memory (Sorbs2) and mouse neurodevelopment (ALS2), which provides new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of AD35.
