We first investigated the effects of different visfatin concentrations (1, 3, 10, or 30 ng/mL) upon the viability of the ESCC cell lines CE81T and KYSE-410 (Supplementary Figure 3); only the highest concentration (30 ng/mL) was used in pathway screening analyses and the lymphatic endothelial cell (LEC) tube formation assay. This evidence concerns the gene NAMPT and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
