By reviewing previous studies, we found that CASP2, NCAPG2, BAZ1B, and ZNF800, the genes most positively related to NUP205, were reported as carcinogenic genes in cancer, especially CASP2, NCAPG2, and BAZ1B, which were found to be carcinogenic genes in glioma (32–35). Here, BAZ1B is linked to central nervous system cancer.
