CD274 and neoplasm: Among 1070 patients (pooled from OAK and POPLAR trials), patients with high bTMB (>16 mutations/Mb) were not overrepresented among patients with the highest levels of PD-L1 (defined by a TPS ≥50% or ≥10% of tumor-infiltrating immune cells expressing PD-L1) with only 30 patients positive for both assays (19.2% of patients for bTMB and 29.1% for PD-L1 expression).
