Genes with stable expression levels but differentially impacted by editing were also observed, like RRNAD1 (FC of 1.48), which is edited in all the CT samples but only in one KC sample; COG3 (FC of 1.09), edited in the 70% of CT samples but only in 15% of KC ones and JUP (FC of −1.62), edited in 57% of KT samples and only in 14% of CT ones. This evidence concerns the gene METTL25B and keratoconus.
