The results showed that high‐level of SNRPA1 was correlated with the activation of tumor proliferation signature, DNA repair, G2 checkpoint, and DNA replication, whereas low SNRPA1 substantially associated with inactivation of degradation of ECM, TGF‐β signaling pathway, the process of apoptosis and angiogenesis, as well as IL‐10 anti‐inflammatory signaling and inflammatory response (Figure S2). The gene discussed is SNRPA1; the disease is neoplasm.
